I’m Jason Julius, sex coach and the creator of a video training series called The Female Orgasm Blueprint.
In today’s video I’m going to discuss how to give your woman an orgasm from clitoral stimulation.
The clitoris is a super sensitive part of a woman’s genitals with over 8,000 nerve endings.
That’s more than any other part of the human body.
Because the clitoris has so many nerve endings, it is very sensitive to touch, pressure and temperature. Only very light pressure is needed to stimulate it.
It’s also very important that your nails are well trimmed before you attempt to stimulate a woman in any way. Rough nails or unkempt hands are not going to feel good to her.
The clitoral head is going to be covered by the clitoral hood, which works as a protective sheath so a woman is not experiencing stimulation all day long. However, you can either stimulate the clitoral head indirectly by stimulating the clitoral hood or by directly going right at the clitoral head.
If you pull back the clitoral hood you will expose the clitoral head. As a woman begins to become aroused, the clitoris will begin to fill with blood and become erect just like a man’s penis. Each woman’s clitoris can vary in size greatly, with some being as small as a pea and others being as large as a pearl. There is no “normal” size. It’s very important to make sure she is fully aroused before you begin stimulation. Tease her by not directly going in for clitoral stimulation right away.
Once she’s fully aroused now’s it’s time to begin stimulation.
For a lot of women the most sensitive part of their clitoris is a little off center.
Imagine looking at a woman’s clitoris from between her legs. The top of the clitoris would be at 12 o’clock. At around the 11 o’clock position or the 1 o’clock position is where the clitoral head is going to be most sensitive, however every woman is going to be different so you’ll need to experiment to find out where your woman likes it.
For this particular technique start at the bottom of the clitoris and stroke up toward the top with your finger.
If you focus your stimulation around this 11 o’clock or 1 o’clock area of the clitoris you’ll start to induce an orgasm within a few minutes.
Experiment with different amounts of pressure and speed of strokes, but only light touch should be used to start off.
As your woman begins to experience orgasm contractions, instruct her to breathe deeply. This will help her relax and enjoy the experience to the fullest.
